I paid $2,000 for the camper as is and still in the same condition I bought it in
NO TITLE (State of Mississippi doesn't require a title for campers older than 2000 model unless sold by a license seller) I HAVE BILL OF SALE
You don't have to have a title to get it tagged. They'll give you a registration and tag as it being labeled a "HOMEMADE" trailer
Does have the serial/vin number (people keep asking)

ONE room (great for a single man or woman, a couple, camping, live in during work time away from home)
The INSIDE has been worked on by previous owner
The water system works
Sewer system works and also has it's own personal holding tank.
Stove top and oven both work
All plug ins work
Also for the hot water or stove to work you gotta have propane bottles

HAS A LEAK IN THE KITCHEN AREA
A.c. works for about 20 minutes then shuts off.
Hot water heater needs new regulator
5 light socket doesn't work
Had a leak in the sun roof in the bathroom I covered that in a plastic bag and now it doesn't leak
Not sure about central heat and air
